Canadian Buyer Benefits from IronPlanet's IronClad Assurance® Buyer Protection Program

Posted by Jess Messenger on Apr 24, 2014 12:47:00 AM

“I recently purchased a 2011 Case Quadtrac 550 Rubber Track Tractor from IronPlanet, which is a very large ticket item for me. When I received the tractor there were a few things that we felt did not accurately match the description included in the inspection report listed on IronPlanet's site. After a small amount of discussion with IronPlanet, I was able to come to an understanding that best suited both parties. I am very happy with the service I received from IronPlanet and I am amazed at how quickly and efficiently with which this matter was dealt.” – Darren Thul, 616036 Saskatchewan Ltd.
