Recently, Boulder County, Colorado, adopted what is known as the Cropland Policy, an initiative aimed at helping provide reliable and sustainable methods of agriculture throughout the area. Although the policy has been in the works for nearly two years, it is by no means finished. According to the Daily Camera, it will continually be revisited and attempts will be made to improve it.

In addition to planting the right crops, farmers hoping to be more eco-friendly with their trade may want to consider upgrading their agricultural equipment. New equipment may not only function better but might do so at a decreased cost to the environment.

With IronPlanet's unique marketplace, finding a piece of used agriculture equipment has never been easier. With targeted marketing and new items continually going up for auction, the process is as streamlined and simple as can be. Best of all, IronClad Assurance helps give potential buyers the confidence they need to bid without having to worry that a piece of equipment isn't as described on the auction page.
