According to Charlottesville Tomorrow, representatives from the city of Charlottesville as well as Albemarle County voted to move a sewer pump station and construct a new facility at what is currently the Moores Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction will take about three years and may cost anywhere between $25 and $55 million.

A pump station is expected to receive an upgrade so that its peak capacity can be increased, which can help prevent spillage into nearby creeks and rivers.

Such a large job is going to require a heavy duty fleet of construction equipment. Those hoping to get their hands on a big contract may want to make sure that they have bulldozers and dump trucks that are capable of handling the job.

With IronPlanet's unique marketplace, upgrading construction equipment has never been easier. Thanks to targeted marketing, interested parties are notified as soon as a desired item is about to enter auction, which allows them to bid only when they've found exactly what they are looking for.
