Tricorp Hearn Construction, a large contractor located in northern California, recently completed an extensive renovation of a 106-unit apartment complex, managing to stay within budget and finish the job in a timely manner. As a result, the firm has been awarded with a number of additional contracts throughout the state.

One such project is the ground-up construction of a senior living facility in Foothill Farms, which will provide older citizens with affordable, high-quality apartments.

"Tricorp Hearn's experience with both public and private sector projects coupled with their on time and on budget track record was the deciding factor in awarding the Foothill Farms project to them," project manager Robert Stevenson said in a release.

California is slowly but surely emerging from its troubled financial situation and construction firms may soon find an influx of business coming their way. Now would be an excellent time to head to IronPlanet's Daily Marketplace to find used construction equipment that can ensure a job is completed on-time and within budget. With detailed inspection reports available, finding a reliable bulldozer, dump truck or backhoe loader is a simple prospect.
