Bobcat recently unveiled their new Next is Now campaign — a fresh initiative designed to reinvent the compact equipment industry with Bobcat as the global leader. Embracing the spirit of change, the company is committing themselves to new products and smart technologies that take advantage of the digitized, interconnected environment of the 21st century. The announcement was made at Bobcat’s new 44,400 square-foot training center in Aurora, Colorado, where it will deploy “world-class training to certified Bobcat compact equipment dealers” as part of the Next is Now strategy.
Bobcat Commits to Developing Innovative Technology Solutions
New technology innovations are central to the Next is Now mission. From new touch displays to wireless communication solutions, Bobcat is promising a great lineup of forward-thinking products that will help customers in ways never before possible. “Next is Now means customers can continuously rely on Bobcat to lead the industry with the tools that help them do more and do it better,” said Scott Park, CEO of Doosan Bobcat, Inc.
Some of the most interesting additions to Bobcat’s technology offerings include Bobcat MaxControl Remote Operations, which provides smartphone-based, remote-control functionality for select compact loaders, and the Bob-Dock Attachment Mounting System, which allows operators to switch out hydraulic attachments from inside the cabin. Bobcat hopes that these trailblazing technologies will empower Bobcat dealers with more options to serve customers and improve efficiency and safety on the worksite.
'Next is Now' Brings Exciting New Compact Track Loaders, Excavators and More
In addition to novel technologies, Bobcat is also rolling out exciting equipment options in both new and existing markets. With Next is Now, you can expect “a wider product line, more frequent product updates and innovative designs that will force competitors to play catch-up.” Combined with Bobcat’s new technologies, customers will be able to enjoy a level of control, productivity and insight previously unheard of.
The new R-Series Compact Track Loaders are perhaps the most notable addition to the Bobcat compact equipment lineup. These new machines have been completely redesigned from the ground up to be the “most powerful, durable loaders built by Bobcat.” Described by Bobcat as no less than revolutionary, the R-Series will officially launch in early 2020.
Bobcat customers can also look forward to new Small Articulated Loaders in 2020, which will deliver high lifting capacities inside a much smaller piece of equipment. Lightweight and easily transportable, Bobcat small articulated loaders are perfect for landscaping jobs, tree care and snow removal. Consider Bobcat’s small articulated loaders if you need to get a powerful machine inside a small space, like a backyard.
Underlying the entire Next is Now campaign is Bobcat’s decades-long history and experience, fresh leadership and a reinvigorated team. With a new focus on what the Bobcat brand stands for, the company is moving forward into a new era which they expect to motivate customers with the same excitement and enthusiasm.
